Renee is a miracle worker. I've got weird curly hair and in 31 years of life, I have never not came out of a salon crying until now. She knew exactly what I needed with no prompting and my hair is big, bouncy, a fantastic shape, easy to grow out, and I have bangs!! My pics really don't show the joy I have as I'm super tired, but I keep raving about this haircut to anyone who will listen. I was a little scared when I went in and met her and she really put me to ease and I felt relaxed through the cut. I'm so happy. I cannot believe I haven't found her sooner! Attached are before and after photos so you can see the difference and awesomeness!

If you are looking for an affordable curly haircut from someone that ACTUALLY knows how to cut it and appreciates it, then look no further. Sabrina was excited to cut my hair. I don't think I've ever had a stylist tell me that before. She did a wonderful job and my curls are so happy. It didn't take all day and it didn't require a dozen products. I have long hair and wasn't charged an increase either, like some places will do. I have a highly sensitive, allergy prone scalp so I brought my own products. I never feared that she would use anything other than what I gave her. My hair has never looked and felt this great. I will definitely be recommending her to every curly girl I meet and I'll definitely be back. Mahalo Sabrina💙

I found my new go-to spot for my hair! I live in rural Alaska where I can go up to 5 months without professional hair care. I called asking for an appt the week of my Christmas break travel. Renee immediately replied after reading my story of "desperate for hair care" before beginning my vacation. I was in after a cancellation! I told the ladies my concerns and wants. They listened and delivered! In addition, they were so much fun n sincere. I felt welcomed n cared for, and walked away LOVING my hair color n cut!!! Yes, I live in AK. However, I just may need to make the trek and vacate here more often. Thank you, Sanctuary Salon!

This place is incredible my wife Iris talked me into seen her friend Renee she ask me how I wanted it than she cut my hair so fast i couldn't belive it was perfect just the way I wanted it, other hair cutters had a hard time cutting because i have thin hair. MAHALOS RENEE N SABRINA I'LL B BACK

I had Jennifer as my hair stylist and she did an amazing job fixing my hack job from a previous haircut. The place is nicely decorated, they had complimentary drinks and Jen was meticulous to make sure my hair was layered nicely and was even. If I wasn’t just visiting Hawaii I would come back here again!

Took my wife there when we made an overnight stop in Honolulu while on a 4-week cruise. She was very pleased with the results. Professional, courteous, prompt and a very reasonable price. She was glad we chose Sanctuary.

I was on honeymoon in Waikiki and about to go on a cruise. My roots looked revolting and I desperately needed a treatment before I left. I messaged the number based on the Google reviews- it was 10pm at night - and I got a reply! I was so impressed. I took at Uber the next morning and was so impressed. What a great find!

I've been looking for a good curly cut that doesn't break the bank for years on the island, and I think I've finally found it! I showed one photo for reference, and it looks spot on. I just got a trim and a treatment. My curls are totally revived, but the photos say more than words could.
